One of the most popular activities we do at FirebirdFest is the Grafton River Jump from Illinois into Missouri!  As your cross the mile wide Mississippi River on the ferry, you will see some of the most beautiful scenery we have to offer in the Gateway region!    By far our most scenic drive, you will have plenty of photo opps here as you wind along the Mississippi River bluffs, known world wide as a premier Eagle watching area!

OUR HOST LOCATION AND SPONSOR:  Gateway Classic Cars O'Fallon, Illinois.   Not only was GCC our first partner to help us get FirebirdFest off the ground, they have been loyal supporter of our epic event since Day 1!  Thanks to Ken Dussman and his staff for all they do to make FirebirdFest awesome!

By far one of our most popular activities was our laps around the NASCAR CUP track located just across the river from the St Louis Gateway Arch, in Madison, Illinois!   Each year we get to take to the track for some laps with our 270 Firebird friends from all over America and Canada!  Pictured is our pace car driver, Val Bollero from Chicago.

We have now donated over $40,000 to local St Louis charities in just 4 short years!    Our 2025 charity of choice will be the FALLEN PATRIOTS, a college fund to assist children who have lost their parent while serving our country.

The parade into the Waterloo, Illinois is a town favorite as 270 Firebirds invade Waterloo for 3 city blocks.   This car show features only Firebirds from all over America, followed by a Live Concert on the Waterloo Bandstand.  Come rock with us in 25!

Each year we welcome our unofficial voice of FirebirdFest, Mr. Brian Akin.   Brian comes to us from Evansville, Indiana and is one of the most popular Car Show DJs in America.   He also spends a lot of time entertaining folks in Florida during the winter.  He is one of our favorite guests each year!   Ruby Leigh blessed us 2 years in a row with her talent!

One of the most historic attractions in the St Louis area is the Sky View Drive In of Belleville, Illinois!   Folks from 31 states came to share a night under the stars and to watch the greatest movie ever!

Here is Waterloo Mayor Stan Darter (left), rocking out with Rich Layton and the ZZ-KC Rock band in 2024!   Each year our most attended public event, is the Waterloo, Illinois town Square LIVE CONCERT!  We've had many great entertainers perform at FirebirdFest, including Ruby Leigh, Mudbone, Black Sabbath Experience, ZZ-KC, Tori Martin and Nate Burnham!  2025 will Feature BIG/GUN the best AC/DC tribute in America!

We love to do local cruises, fundraisers, car shows for a good cause, and hang out.   Our cornhole games have become pretty serious lately.   We have about 100 local members who come and go!
